The Jean Monnet Center of Excellence entitled Identity, Security and Inclusivity in border areas of South East Europe, EUROINCLUS it is implemented at the University of Oradea. The project and the center are conceived as a pole of excellence and expertise in research, documentation, teaching and dissemination in the field of European studies, Security and cooperation at the external borders of the EU.

The project’s aim is to create a focal academic point of knowledge which will work as a hub of know-how and excellence, which will transfer the good practices from the EU towards the border regions of the neighboring states (Serbia, Ukraine and Republic of Moldova) in the field of research, education and management of identity, security and inclusion in the cross-border space.

The JM Center of Excellence, EUROINCLUS promote active European citizenship and the founding values of the European Union of respect for human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, the rule of law and respect for human rights, including the rights of persons belonging to minorities, immigrants and refugee.
